Gaming as a door opener at a youth festival
TalentMetropole Ruhr’s TalentFestival brings together young people from the Ruhr area and from all over Europe, with workshops on democracy, culture, sport and media literacy. Our part: a hands-on station that draws people in immediately and keeps running all day.
For this we set up and ran an EA FC booth with 12 stations, a main screen and live commentary in the stadium at Hafenstraße. The result: the booth was fully occupied all day.
What we delivered
12 gaming stations
Twelve EA FC stations with consoles, monitors and controllers, set up in the hall overlooking the pitch.
Main screen
A large screen shows the running matches so that people waiting and spectators can join in the excitement.
Live commentary
Our commentator covers the matches on the mic and turns gaming into a show.
Control desk and equipment
A dedicated control desk for picture, sound and the flow of the booth.
On-site support
Our team was at the booth all day and kept everything running.
Setup and teardown
Delivery, setup before doors open and teardown after the festival, all from one source.
