Gaming Events for Trade Shows and Companies
A gaming area makes sure visitors stop at your booth, a tournament on stage gets the hall going, and at a company cup colleagues get to know a new side of each other. We work out together with you which format suits you, and then we bring the tech and stay with you from setup to teardown. At Dokomi, for example, we have run the community stage since 2022 and also built the Just Dance area there for Ubisoft, and at the Wächtersbacher Masters around 50 players competed for the FIFA title.
Stages
We build complete stages with trusses, lighting, sound and cameras, and if you like we can also design and print the banners and decor ourselves. With projectors and screens we make sure that the back row sees everything too, and our sound system is ready for large halls.
Gaming Areas
For a gaming area people like to stop at, we set up consoles or gaming PCs with monitors or big TVs, and it doesn't matter whether you want to play shooters, sports or racing games. We have 58 gaming chairs and PlayStation 5 consoles in our warehouse and production studio in Holzheim, and we source gaming PCs and monitors in large numbers through trusted partners. If the gaming area should turn into a tournament on stage, we'll organize that as well.
Venues
If you already have a venue, we bring the hardware, tech and staff there, and if you want one, also a host who keeps the crowd involved and guides them through the evening. If the event should also be streamed, we take care of the broadcast as well.
Presentations
We use our tech for presentations in the same way, whether on a stage, at a venue or in a conference room. For this we bring the screen, projector, sound and lighting and can also take care of music and design if needed. We have also brought game releases to the stage.
