Esports tournament organization:
from qualifier to final

Running tournaments since 2018.

Planning a tournament, a league or a community series? We have been organizing esports tournaments since 2018, from the first concept through rulebook and registration to the final on stage. We started out with small Rainbow Six Siege broadcasts. Today we run entire tournament series such as the R6 Central Combine: in 2026 with 396 team sign-ups, three open qualifiers, a €20,000 prize pool and a sold-out offline final at Ubisoft in Düsseldorf.

For registration, brackets and results we run our own tournament platform, Ebattle.gg. It brings together all the tools players, casters and organizers need, from community cups to international tournaments.

Talent & Team

Casters, hosts, observers, admins, camera and production crew: we provide the complete team for your tournament, backed by four years of producing the German-language broadcasts of Ubisoft’s international Rainbow Six events. For up-and-coming casters we run our own community caster program: at the R6 Central Combine 2026, eight community casters co-streamed in five languages. Already have your own talent? We are happy to bring them on board.

Online or Offline

Online tournament, LAN or a stage in front of an audience: we shape the format around your goal and budget. Online, we handle registration, brackets, admins, support and the live stream on Twitch, YouTube or TikTok, including overlays, clips and social media. On site, we provide the stage, lighting, cameras, gaming stations and tournament operations, plus side activities for players and guests if you like.

What does an esports tournament cost?

It mainly depends on three things: online only or with an offline final, how many teams and match days, and whether a live stream with casters is part of it. A pure online tournament with registration, brackets and admins costs considerably less than a final with stage, audience and production. Send us the game, the time frame and a rough budget and you get a quote with fixed line items.

How we work

  • 1. Your request

Tell us about the game, audience, timing and budget. A short call, email or video chat is all it takes to get started.

  • 2. Budget

Community cup or tournament series: we show you what your budget can achieve and where sponsors or partners can be brought in.

  • 3. Concept & quote

We propose the format, schedule and scope, from tournament operations only to a full production with stage and stream. Then you receive a clear quote.

  • 4. Delivery

We deliver your event and keep you updated through one dedicated contact, from the first sign-up to the award ceremony.

  • 5. Results & reporting

After the event you receive the key figures such as participants, watch time and viewers, participant feedback and all content for your own channels.
