Live camera service for events, trade shows and streams

If you need footage of your event, whether live in the stream or for editing afterwards, our camera operators film the stage, the audience and the booths with mobile setups. Depending on what you need, a single camera operator comes to you or a complete crew with vision mixing.

Services

What we offer

01

Mobile camera operator

A camera operator moves freely across the whole venue and films the stage, the audience and the booths.

02

Live feed for your control room

We deliver the camera signals so that you can integrate them directly into your stream or your production.

03

Complete setup

For live streams and live shows we come with several cameras and bring the vision mixing and production gear along with us.

04

Footage for editing

The material is meant for post-production, for example for recap clips or social media.

05

Audio, lighting and vision mixing

As soon as more than one camera is running, we also take care of audio and lighting and handle the vision mixing.

06

Studio in Holzheim

In our production studio in Holzheim we record talks and interviews, and remote productions also run from there.

In practice

Cameras at the R6 Central Combine 2026 final

At the sold-out final at Ubisoft in Düsseldorf we filmed the stage, the players, the caster desk, interviews and the audience, and every signal ran into our on-site control room, from where it went live to the official Rainbow6 channel.

We work with the same equipment and the same process at conferences, corporate events and trade show booths as well.

Process

How a camera job works

Step 1 Request

You send us the date and the venue and tell us what needs filming.

Step 2 Quote

We then tell you how many cameras and people it takes and send you a quote.

Step 3 Event day

On the event day we arrive in good time, set up and coordinate with your technical crew or your streaming team.

Step 4 Result

You get the footage the way you need it, as a live feed for your control room, as a finished stream or as raw footage for editing.

Beyond gaming

Conferences, corporate events, trade shows

We also film conferences, corporate events and trade show booths, and we do it with the same equipment and the same process as at an esports final.

For companies and trade shows

Sometimes one camera operator for your booth or a live feed for the screen at your conference is enough, and for a live stream we also come with a full crew including vision mixing. Just tell us what you need and we will plan the job around it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about our camera service

How early should we get in touch?

As early as possible, and that applies especially during trade show season. If you send us the date and the venue, we will tell you at short notice whether we are still available on that day.

What does a camera job cost?

The price depends on how many cameras and people we need, how long the job takes and whether we feed live or only record. Just send us the date, the venue and what needs filming, and you will get a quote with fixed line items from us.

Do you also work outside gaming events?

Yes, we also film conferences, corporate events and trade show booths. For this we use the same equipment as at esports finals and work the same way too.

Can we integrate the live feed into our own stream?

Yes, that works. We deliver the signal so that your streaming team or your control room can take it directly, and if you prefer, we can also handle the whole broadcast.

Do we get the raw footage?

Yes, you receive the recordings for editing from us after the event. If you like, you also get finished clips for social media.

Where do you operate?

We are based in Holzheim near Limburg, and from there we work all across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Request a camera or stream for your next event

You can reach us by phone or by email at info@gamecatering.de. If you tell us the date, the venue and what you want filmed right away, we can quickly let you know whether we are available.
