About GameCatering

Esports and Event Production Since 2018

We started in 2018 with one PC, one camera and small Rainbow Six Siege broadcasts. LAN meetups turned into tournaments, and tournaments into full productions. We built the community stage at Dokomi, ran side events at Gamescom, hosted the Wächtersbacher Masters and spent four years producing the German-language broadcasts of Ubisoft's international Rainbow Six events. Today we work for publishers, brands and trade shows, including Ubisoft, BLAST, Dokomi and Caggtus, and we are a member of the German Esports Federation (ESBD).

GameCatering is run by Benedikt Wappler and Andreas Schneider. Both are owners and work hands-on in every project. Markus “Der_Fox” Schwenn joins as project manager and steps in front of the camera as a caster. What clients tell us most often: we think ahead and do more than the quote says. And at fair prices.

We are a core team of five. For stand construction and event technology we work closely with a partner company, and we have a wide circle of freelancers we have worked with for years: camera operators, technicians, casters and admins. We work across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Equipment

Our warehouse and our own production studio are in a converted barn in Holzheim, with gaming chairs, PlayStation 5 consoles, cameras, lighting, trusses and streaming and video gear. Whatever we don't have, we source through trusted partners, including gaming PCs and monitors in large numbers. You can also rent much of it from us individually.

Work together

We produce esports tournaments, live streams and corporate events, and we also work at conferences and trade shows. When you contact us, you talk directly to the people who will deliver your project. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll come back with a concrete proposal.
